Life is unpredictable. Only a fraction of a moment is needed to overturn the whole life. In a moment of madness, I yelled at my untouchable boss and eventually resulted my expulsion. I was just started my career and I saw dark clouds covering my future. But, every cloud has a silver lining. I started a new life, a new journey.
Starting a new life out of nothing is really a challenging mission. I also found many objections, but my determination for fresh air always led me in the right direction. If we have a fierce passion and a strong heart, then overcoming challenges in the newly started life is easy. Otherwise, all things will end up in a mess.
When I decided to walk through a new path, there were many with raised eyebrows (except my parents). Because, I was walking away from my trade I studied, electronics and instrumentation. The shocking element was my way to work, working at home as a freelancer. There were no scarcity in advice from a society where people prefer dependent jobs.
My decision was firm and its depth only increased when my parents never questioned me- about anything. I know, starting as a freelancer is tough but my thoughts never allowed tides to turn against me. You can't move forward by throwing stones against every dog that barks. Slowly, creatures around me stopped barking and went back to their own lives.
It may be just starting, but I love my new life. Now, I love to work because I am following my own passion. The freedom I have, not leading me to procrastinate, but it's inspiring to work harder. I am on a long journey to carve out a stable and colourful career from my skill sets. I want an identity to be followed by others, my own identity. I know, a freelancer exists only if he builds identity using his skills.
The truth is that many people around us also have a wish to change the existing pattern of life. Many keep their inner thoughts as mere wish and don't allow them to grow. Starting a new life is not for them. Starting a new life is for those who are ready to face any kind of challenges and difficulties to fulfil their wishes. They must understand the newly chosen path may not be straight and maybe with u turns and slopes.
Life is unpredictable and things may not go as we planned, but stick with our own terms and conditions. We don't love to have stones in the rice we eat, but we have to face fresh barriers and have to overcome them. Starting a new life is a new journey towards the horizon of happiness. Keep our journey steady and ensure it's on the right path.
