Airtel doesn't need an introduction because it's one of the best telecom companies in India. Recently, Airtel launched My Airtel app which helps Airtel customers to manage Airtel services at their finger tips. This can be considered as an innovative as well as progressive step taken by Airtel to help its customers.

I have downloaded My Airtel app from Google PlayStore and installed on my Android phone to control and manage all my Airtel accounts within few finger touches. Now I am very happy to have this app as My Airtel app has enough oomph to meet all my expectations. It's a must have app for all Airtel customers.

Here, I am sharing my experience with My Airtel app.

My Airtel app has a reddish icon with the Airtel logo. In order to operate this app you need an internet (gprs) connection. Setting up this app is easy, firstly you need to enter your phone number. Then you will receive one time password in your inbox and you have to enter the OTP in the app to have access to your personal Airtel account.

My Airtel app is the single home for all Airtel services. You can add your Airtel DTH, broadband and landline accounts to the app so that you can easily control and manage all at one place. You can also add Airtel number of your family members to the app. Hence, all the Airtel accounts of your whole family can be managed using this single app.

With My Airtel app in your phone, you don't need to visit Airtel shops because recharging and paying bills can be done using this app. You can even buy a new Airtel connection with the help of this app. My Airtel app is also a home for great offers and deals too. You can see the status of your Airtel connection as the app shows talktime balance and data balance.

My Airtel app is really fit to my lifestyle because of the following reasons.

I am used to shake phone for finding new friends in Wechat app but here, shaking feature of My Airtel app is simply superb. With each shake you can get great offers. In my case, I got an extra internet data of 250 mb for the 1 GB recharge. This is really cool and I am sure I will get addicted to this shake feature.
