Everyone knows the importance of breakfast (nashta). Starting a day with healthy breakfast will make your day energetic. Breakfast is considered as the fuel for you to the whole day. It gives physical advantage as well as mental advantage Unfortunately, busy modern life making many people to ignore this morning fuel.
Many among the working people make their breakfasts so light or skip breakfasts. Undoubtedly, skipping breakfast is a unhealthy food habit. This habit can bring down your fitness level as well as your productivity level. Many studies have proven that skipping breakfast may affect your focussing capabilities.
When looking back to my life, I also had the habit of skipping breakfast. There was a time when mom used to sit beside me and insists me to eat more by saying 'son, you're are too tired, eat one more dosa'. When I got a job, it forced me to stay away from home. This resulted in many changes in my food habits.
Things changed when I am bored with the usual breakfast meals. I lightened my breakfast meals and gradually started skipping breakfast. The main reason behind my changes in food habits was lack of variety in the breakfast. Even though I got used with skipping breakfast, I wished if I could bring some changes in my food habits.
One day, my neighbour suggested me to try cornflakes in the breakfast. I decided to give a try and bought Kellogg's cornflakes from the supermarket near my flat. That was a turning point, I liked the taste of cornflakes and I found it's the variety I needed in the breakfast. I mixed cornflakes with oats and milk and I found my breakfast delicious and healthy.
I am a man who always gets bored with repetitive things and I always seek variety in any thing. Hence, I also wanted to try different recipes with Kellogg's Cornflakes. I approached my neighbour and again my neighbour came with a solution- go to Guptaji's house. But who's this Guptaji?
The Guptaji's family knows hundreds of tasty recipes for making the breakfast delicious. Most of these recipes are very easy to try and hence these recipes are highly recommended for bachelors like me. One of my favourite recipes I learnt from Guptaji's home is Sitaphal Cornflakes. It's delicious as well as healthy.
So how to prepare Sitaphal Cornflakes?
First take a bowl and put Kellogg's cornflakes in it. Then take a glass of cold milk and pour into the bowl. Now add custard apple and walnuts in the bowl. That's all! You have prepared Sitaphal Cornflakes in just two minutes.
